device’s settings.

Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or
the mobile application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications,

Deleting Your Information
If You wish to have the Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information that You have provided to us deleted, You can always do so by sending a request to us on info@charsur.com. You may note that deletion of certain Personal Information may lead to cancellation of your registration with the Charsur Vodcast and/or your access to certain features can be restricted and may also lead to a complete cessation of Your Access to the Charsur Vodcast platform or application.
In app we provided an option to delete account under the Profile menu
Steps to Detele account :
1.Login with valid user details.
2.Go to Mystuff screen.
3.Go to Profile section.
4.Click on the Delete account request button.
Admin will review the deletion request and take appropriate action on it within 24 hrs. User will get notified.
Collection And Use Of Personal Information
We collect the information directly provided by you, your usage and log data, data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Data provided by user
We collect the following personal information about You when You use or browse Charsur Vodcast, at the time of Your registration with Charsur Vodcast and when You share such information with Us through email, by posting on Charsur Vodcast or by any other means like customer care center, etc made available to You by Us.
Security and Compliance with Laws
We strive to protect Your Personal Information against unauthorized disclosure, misuse, unlawful use, modification, loss or destruction. We take all reasonable measures and precautions, as per standard industry practices, to keep Your Personal Information confidential. We ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
